Every physio booked out. Every room in use. And the owner is the last person paid. I work one on one with physiotherapy practice owners across Australia and New Zealand, and we start with the four numbers that decide whether a physio practice pays you: revenue per physio hour, utilisation, attendance to plan, and what each room costs you to keep open.

Solo owner-operator, a two-room practice with a couple of contractors, or a multi-site team. The detail changes, the business problem does not: a full diary, flat fees, rising wages and no clear view of where the money actually comes from.
Your diary is a profit document. Let's read it that way.
Thirty minutes on Zoom, just you and me. We look at how money moves through your practice and find your single biggest profit lever. You keep it whether we ever work together or not. If deeper help makes sense, the next step is CEO Profit Coaching, private one on one for practice owners. No group program, no lock-in contract.
The useful version starts with your numbers, not a vision board. Revenue per physio hour, utilisation of each practitioner and each room, how many sessions clients actually attend against the plan you set, and what the practice pays you after wages, super and rent. From there we work on fees, marketing, hiring and how you lead, and every decision gets made on data rather than on how busy the week felt.
Because a full book measures demand, not margin. A full diary at a fee that has not moved in two years, with wages and super that have, is a practice working hard to stand still. Add a few no-shows a day and a room that sits empty on Tuesday afternoons, and the margin is gone before it reaches you. The fix is rarely more clients. It is usually fees, utilisation and attendance, in that order.
Yes, and they shape the work. Rebates and schedules cap what some clients will pay, which is exactly why the rest of your fee structure needs to be set deliberately rather than copied from the practice down the road. We look at your mix of private, care plan, compensable and NDIS clients and price so the practice still makes a margin on each of them.
Only if it finds more than it costs. In a practice with two or three physios, one underpriced consult type, one under-used room or one hire made before the numbers supported it can cost more in a year than coaching does. Ask any coach how their work pays for itself in a practice like yours. If they cannot walk you through that, keep looking.
One on one only. Group programs suit owners who want motivation and peers. Private coaching is the better fit when the problem is specific to your numbers, when you need to talk openly about your practice, or when you have already done a group program and nothing changed.
